Robert Coghill, Anita Horn and Carol Giannini all with the Twenty-nine Palms Water District have all received the Special District Leadership Foundation Recognition in Special District Governance certificate. Recognition in Special District Governance was designed to honor special district board members, trustees and staff. It is comprised of two distinct parts: 1) the CSDA Special District Leadership Academy and 2) elective courses.
In addition to individual recognitions, there are also district recognitions. Districts that have a majority of their governing board holding recognitions will receive a Silver Recognition, and districts with their entire board holding recognition will receive a Gold Recognition.
