Matthew Shragge was appointed General Manager on April 5, 2022. Mr. Shragge has worked in various positions at the District since 2011, his latest position as the Director of Operations. Matt has a construction background having worked for a local company for several years specializing in underground pipeline utilities. He was raised here in Twentynine Palms and has a special understanding of the community.
